Key Largo is a story about Frank McCloud (Humphrey Bogart), an war veteran who travels to Key Largo in Florida to meet Nora Temple (Lauren Bacall), the widow of his deceased war's buddy. After McCloud arrived at a the hotel managed by Nora's father-in-law, James Temple (Lionel Barrymore), McCloud realized that the the hotel had been seized by a gangster, Johnny Rocco (Edward G. Robinson), his alcoholic girlfriend, and his mob, who were responsible for the death of a deputy sheriff and two local Indian youth. They are trying to flee from the country to Cuba, and McCloud decides that he would volunteer to pilot Rocco's boat in order to save people from harm. The finale is something unexpected that you would like to see for yourself.
