Red Dawn is a story of a Colorado raised high school kids who witness Soviet and Cuban attacks on their school ground. The whole town is invaded by the the soviet. Jed Eckert ( Patrick Swayze) and a few others run to the mountains in refuge. Witnessing terrible executions of family members and friends. The teens take matters into their own hands and defend themselves and others. This movie is more of a survival rather than a patriotic film. The characters quarreling with each other and have no true American love. They are more interested in fighting back to defend themselves instead of fighting for America. This film is extremely corny and crude in all behaviors. There are hardly in lessons or values that make it worthy of watching.

SEX, NUDITY (MORAL): 4- NOT GOOD ( Very Offensive moral Rating)
PRO-AMERICAN & WESTERN VALUES: 3 MILD - ( Characters are bad role models for the young. Have bad attitudes. Don't show any love for America. )
JUDEO-CHRISTIAN VALUES: 1 - ( No mention of God. They pray of some graves and are thankful that those who had died would be children again,( whatever that means?) Two characters drink dear blood believing it will give them power. (Very satanic )
FAMILY VALUES: 2 - POOR ( Very Poor.)
